A huge congratulations to Paul Atkins on completing his mammoth 13 hour Complex Charity Run in aid of in Kilmacow Complex!

Paul started on Saturday morning at 6am, and continued right on through the day to finish bang on at 7pm!

Well done to all that ran and walked with Paul during the day, and all that donated to this very worthwhile cause!

And also well done to those that volunteered on the day to provide refreshments!

Calling on everyone to come and support Paul Atkins next Saturday May 23rd as he takes on his 13 hour run/jog/walk in Kilmacow Sports Complex in aid of The Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation!

It doesn’t matter what your fitness ability is! Paul will be incorporating plenty of walking laps, so all ages will be able to take part, even your children!

Paul will be taking on his challenge from 6am to 7pm, so plenty of time for all that can to get involved and call down to show your support!

Volunteers from St Senans AC will be on hand on the day to help out, and teas/coffees/drinks and treats will be available on the day!

For those wishing to donate on the day, Cash, Revolut and iDonate QR code will be available!

So let’s come and show our support for Paul on the day as he takes on his “Complex Adventure” for this amazing cause!
