WOW‼ I received an incredible result today when Rise International Photography Awards scores were announced! I am so proud and honoured to have taken these images for the RISE Awards Documentary category and be awarded with Bronze recognition! 🏆🏆 I had the opportunity to capture one of life's most beautiful moments, the precious minutes following birth. Michelle of Limerick Doula Services allowed me to attend her home birth of baby Iris and I photographed her family's umbilical cord burning ritual 🕯 Read Iris's birth story below ⬇️
