They've grown from one little outlet in a neglected corner of MM road to two high visibility restaurants on Mosque road & Kammanahalli.

What has changed :
1) better display
2) expanded menu
4) higher price

Wait! We forgot point #3?? Well, might have been one bad day.. But on this one day, I just felt their attitude needed better tuning.. A little dash of arrogance is okay once in a while, but you can't make it the yolk in your egg.. If you know what I mean!

This was the beef shawarma.. 120 bucks for the regular size. They let the roll sit on the grill for a little while longer that usual as the Arabian guy tried to speak some sort of English to the Indian staff.. Didn't work (the communicating), but the roll was awesome

If it were a two way street this KhubaaniKaMeeta could have looked better and tasted good. Unfortunately, they didn't think it necessary to make it either!

For a place that smells like a deep fryer, the burgers are not bad.. Although the tandoori sorta flavour of the patty don't suit much! And they don't come cheap.. 250 bucks for a beef burger with coke! McDonald's quarter pounder if ever introduced in India would definitely be cheaper!

Must appreciate though their efforts to bring in the "American burger" kind of feel with the plastic sheet & cane

Or so I thought! Apparently Mallya baba doesn't eat here much, that would explain the overpowering smell of egg in this baby.

I love waffled stuff... serve it with honey, maple syrup, nutella, chocolate sauce, cream, fruits or even just plain... wherever I see any board announcing waffles, I just have to try it! Then again I must remember that just having a waffle machine doesn't make for a good waffle!

Its so simple, basic... yet no one in India seems to be getting it right!

This time the big, big letdown was from none other than 'Crepe Connection'! Quite sometime ago I had praised their Garuda outlet in these words : "the waffles were near perfect! They didn't give off any funny odour, and my only complaint was that they weren't piping hot!?"

This time though "that delightful smell" was heavily laced with overtones of egg yolk! Perhaps its time to give up hope after all...

the best, the cheapest... the nicest, the cleanest... for 40 bucks 5 big fat mother of all Momos!!!!!!!!
