Yet another photograph from my Smoke experiments.
The greatest challenge I face while working on Smoke Photography is the smoke moving around. It is quite a tiring effort and more than clicking the shutter button, it involves trying hard to get the smoke in the view of the lens; and of course wiping off the sweat. :P

Will be back soon with many more photographs and some cool updates!

"What is this world? A mere curl of smoke for the wind to scatter." - Abraham Cahan

My latest experiments in photography involve a lot of smoke. Sitting behind the camera, with my eye to the viewfinder; in a dark room with just a light flash every time I click the shutter button, I find it challenging to capture smoke. I have been doing this for the last couple of days; and despite all the sweat, the outputs make me want to do the same thing over and over again.
Will be back soon with many more photographs and some cool updates!

Lights and Bokeh
This was at the royal Mysore Palace. Unfortunately, that night, the palace was closed for public, and I had to just make a few images from the gate.
Well, I ended up making this to create amazing bokeh from the lights.

Monastery Scenes
After a long time, I am back.
I hope that I will keep updating constantly from now on.
This particular image was made at the Bylakuppe Buddhist Monastery, while returning from a trip to Madikeri.
The prayer was going on when we managed to stand at a corner amongst a huge crowd gathered there.

The Moon!!
A fresh picture of the moon from yesterday night.
I could capture the details with the super zoom of 1440mm in the Nikon P610 bridge camera.
Anybody who has a wish to buy a DSLR but is short on budget, can go for such amazing bridge cameras.

Personal Favourites - 2
This picture of a couple of Moorhens is from the Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary.
I visited the park during the winter season of December in 2014 and came back with a really great set of shots of many birds.
This image is one of the good shots I had taken, but had not uploaded here.

Personal Favourites - 1
Well, first of all, I have decided that I will be posting a few personal favourites of mine that I have shot through all these days of photography.
The Cattle Egret is a common bird to sight at the Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary. Yet, this particular image of the bird is a personal favourite of mine, mainly because this was my very first image of the bird and it turned out to be a great shot.

Flowers in pink!!
This is an old image captured at the Butterfly Park, situated in the Bannerghatta National Park.
The pink color of the flowers contrast wonderfully with the greens in the background to give me this amazing shot.
