FIR Against AAP MLA Kulwant Singh Bazigar by Haryana Police. On Oct 28 2025, based on a complaint by Gurcharan Singh Kala (Kaithal), an FIR No. 217/2025 was registered at PS Guhla (Kaithal) against AAP MLA Kulwant Singh Bazigar (Shutrana) and 6 others under sections 115, 126, 140(2), 351(2), 61 BNS and 25 of the Arms Act.

115 – Abetment of offence
126 – Waging war against the State
140(2) – Unlawful assembly with weapons
351(2) – Assault or use of force
61 BNS – Possession of prohibited substances
25 Arms Act – Illegal possession of fi****ms
