Every year, Maa Durga leaves Kailash to visit her Baper Bari (her father’s home on Earth). She never comes alone—her children, Ganesha, Kartikeya, Lakshmi, and Saraswati, happily follow her, bringing laughter and joy. For ten magical days, the world feels like a festival. Homes glow with lights, people sing and dance, and everyone welcomes the divine family as if they were their own.
But just like every daughter’s visit to her Baper Bari, the days pass too quickly. After ten days of love and happiness, Maa Durga gathers her children and returns to Lord Shiva at Kailash. People bid her farewell with teary eyes and folded hands, praying for her return.
It is never a goodbye, but a promise—that every year, Maa Durga will return to her Baper Bari and to all of us, carrying love, blessings, and joy in her heart. ❤️
