Ingredients
* 2 cups curd (yogurt)
* 1 cup besan (gram flour)

Method
1. Mix besan, salt, and enough water to make a thick batter.

2. Dahi Bada
Preparation Time

Ingredients
* 1 cup urad dal, soaked overnight
* 2 cups curd (whisked)
* Salt to taste
* ½ tsp black salt
* 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
* ½ tsp red chilli powder
* Tamarind chutney (optional)
* Green chutney (optional)
* Chopped coriander leaves
Method
1. Grind soaked urad dal into a smooth batter.
2. Whisk until light and fluffy.
3. Deep-fry spoonfuls until golden.
4. Soak the fried vadas in warm water for 10 minutes.
5. Gently squeeze out excess water.
6. Place the vadas in whisked curd.
7. Sprinkle black salt, roasted cumin powder, and red chilli powder.
8. Drizzle tamarind and green chutney if desired. Garnish with coriander.
