Why would you not like frogs?
An animal with incredible metamorphosis, where most of them begin life as eggs, hatch into tadpoles with gills and tails, and gradually transform into air-breathing adults with legs. I say most of them because some frogs finish their metamorphosis inside the egg and out comes a froglet 😊
The smallest frog in the world is about 8 millimetres and the largest frog is over 12 inches which is over a foot 😅
Each species has its own call. Male frogs croak to attract mates, and different species have distinct calls that can often be identified by sound alone.
Many frogs can leap more than 20 times their own body length thanks to their powerful hind legs.
They swallow with their eyes. A frog’s eyeballs help push food down into its throat by pressing inward during swallowing.
I can go on and on 😅😅
