And she disappeared for one final time!
Rest in Peace Arrowhead!! 🐅

The resilience has ended😔. The Ranthambore heartthrob is no more. Arrowhead, one of the most photographed tigress who graced hundreds & thousands of photographers with her elegance & aggression. Her skills were unmatched. I am surely amongst the luckiest one to see her grow from a 3 month old cub to becoming the graceful dominant tigress that she was. From crossing at the Rajbaug, across the hunting palace, mating with T91,T86, across the mosque, hunting on the platform, threatening the crocs at Rajbaug, her walk on the fort road, crossing the Baniyan frame, disappearing at Khemcha Kund and 100’s of other photographic memories to relinquish. The crocodile killer would be remembered forever.

RIP ARROWHEAD! You will be remembered forever😔

Wishing everyone a vibrant and thriving 2025💐!

I'm excited to share more wildlife insights and stories in the coming year, starting with a commitment to regular posts on our wildlife page.

Here's one of my favorite images from 2024, captured at Ranthambore National Park - Riddhi with her cubs at the boundary of zone 3 and 4.

Witnessing a tigress grooming her cubs at dawn is truly captivating, and I hope you enjoy the beauty of this moment!

I'd like to extend my gratitude to Shakir Ali Guide for expertly positioning our vehicle to capture this low-angle shot at Ranthambore Tiger Reserve

I simply love being amidst mountains. And so, it’s only natural that Spiti Valley, an ethereal haven sitting cosily in the Himalayan ranges of Himachal Pradesh, holds a special place in my heart. I had long been intrigued by Spiti, which translates to ‘The Middle Land’ in the local language, referencing its location between Tibet and India.

Given my fascination, I often found myself glued to videos online, not only mesmerised by the region’s transformation into a snowy paradise during the colder months. The temperatures fall to a bone-chilling–20 degrees Celsius but also with its most famous and secretive inhabitant. So, when the opportunity to visit this destination, along with my close friends, presented itself, we all dove headfirst into the plans and preps. But this epic adventure wasn’t going to be an ordinary road trip to the mountains; it was an expedition to come face to face with one of the most endangered species on the planet!
