🇫🇷 Never leave too early!
This looked like a pretty average sunset at first. I was actually considering leaving.

Then the clouds shifted, the light came through and, within minutes, everything changed.

This is why I always keep waiting.
Would you have stayed? 👀

🌍📷 Every year, World Photography Day feels like a good excuse to stop for a moment and look back.

Not just at the photographs I have taken, but at the places, the people, the mistakes, the unexpected moments and everything that happened in between.

Photography changes with us. Some images that once felt important eventually become just part of the archive, while others keep representing who we are, sometimes years later.

So today, rather than showing my “best” photographs, I wanted to share some of the images that represent me the most.

Different places, different moments, different stories. But somehow, all part of the same journey.

And perhaps this is what I love most about photography: there is always something left to see, learn, photograph and improve.

Happy World Photography Day.

Here’s to the photographs already taken, and to all the ones still waiting to be made.

Wildlife photography has taught me that the best moments often happen when you simply stop trying to control what’s happening and let nature do its thing.

And today, on Ferragosto, I guess we can all relate to that a little: in Italy, August 15th is almost sacred. It’s one of those days when everything slows down, people get together, eat a lot, and simply enjoy being there.

Enjoy the day, wherever you are.

And remember to look around. There’s always something happening if you take the time to notice it!

🌑 Tomorrow is finally the day: the long-awaited solar eclipse is almost here!

After a few attempts that didn’t quite go as planned, I’m hoping this time I’ll finally be in the right place at the right moment to capture it.

Until then, a few frames from another kind of night, chasing the Milky Way, over the years ✨

Now I’m curious: what have you planned for tomorrow?
Are you heading somewhere special to watch the eclipse, shooting it, or simply enjoying the moment?

Tell me where you’ll be and what you’re planning to do. 👇
