I'm obsessed with this picture by the talented
What is she thinking of while staring at her wedding bouquet? What is she doing there, in one of the narrow Venice streets? Did she get lost? And where is her soon-to-be husband? What is the story behind it?

Of course, we know this picture was taken during a wedding photo and video shoot in Venice that I organised recently.

And yet, the poetry of this picture makes me dream of a different story. The story of a sweet young girl, deeply in love with her fiancee, waiting for him in front of her home on the wedding day, dressed in a beautiful wedding gown and breathing in the scent of her bouquet roses. What is she dreaming of? Probably, of the exciting moments to come later in the day. And what about the lace-like tiny window? Is her mother watching her behind it in the house?

I could have many other questions and many other answers to her story, driven by the magic of a city that never stops me from dreaming. Despite being one of the most visited cities in the world, we can still find places, details, fragments of life and poetry that make me dream of an authentic Venice. The magnificent queen of glorious times is still living behind the overcrowded places.

While being focused mainly on proposals, I sometimes love to organise intimate weddings. This was the marriage of Diana and Arkadi in beautiful Venice. More posts to come🌹❤️
