Film School Cambodia’s founder and mentor, Glenn Ala, is holding a workshop on how film and video makers can (and why they should) venture into commercial productions.

Workshop is on Sunday, October 27, 9AM to 12PM at Workspace by Factory Phnom Penh at Factory Phnom Penh. Limited slots available so register soon by scanning the QR code.

Please support Cambodia's young filmmakers at the Chaktomuk Short Film Festival happening October 25 to 28, showcasing 57 short films from 12 countries.

"This year’s selection of short films is a bold exploration into the human experience. They tackle themes that people would normally shy away from, such as domestic abuse, violence, emotional and psychological trauma, death, loss and isolation. This demonstrates how filmmaking in Cambodia is maturing as an art form. It no longer solely serves to entertain anymore, instead provoking thought and inviting conversation. There is much to look forward to in the Cambodian film industry."
