💕Educational Psychology💕
is Educational Psychology?
Educational Psychology is the study of how people learn and retain knowledge, helping teachers understand their students’ needs, motivation, and development.
Key topics covered:
1. Second Language Acquisition (SLA) – Understanding how learners acquire a second language and the factors that support language development.
2.Characteristics of Young Learners – Young learners are curious, active, creative, and learn best through interaction, play, movement, imitation, and encouragement.
3.Learning Styles & Multiple Intelligences – Every learner is different. Some learn better visually, some through listening, reading/writing, or hands-on activities.
=>We also discussed the important qualities teachers need when working with young learners:
❤️ Love
⚡ Energy
🎨 Creativity
🐢 Patience
During the training, trainees actively participated in group discussions, activities, and interactive video tasks that helped connect theory to real classroom practice.
Teaching is not only about delivering knowledge — it is about understanding learners, inspiring confidence, and creating opportunities for every student to grow.
