Happy Birthday, Carmen! 😘🥰❤️
I am so blessed to have married my best friend who loves me more than I love myself. My love who goes above and beyond on special days.
On my birthday, you made it special by letting me sleep in, play in the game arcades, and window shop. Even though it was a simple celebration, being in Japan with you was what made it amazing. Then we went shopping in Korea and had this fun dress-up and photoshoot. It was cute when tour guides referenced us as the outfits for the king and queen.
I feel that it is fitting because in 2025, we traveled to more than ten countries, truly feeling like the king and queen of the world.
Here’s to celebrating you, Carmen, and to many more incredible journeys ahead. I love you around the world! 🌍❤️

Action speaks louder than words, yet even the loudest praise barely captures the depth of my gratitude. What I write here is just a whisper of all that my wife has done for me.

Through late nights and early mornings, through textbooks stacked high and the weight of exams pressing down, she stood by me. She encouraged me when I struggled, fed me when I forgot, and held me up when the journey felt impossible.

Saying we both suffered in Darwin is an understatement. Yet, with unwavering strength, she followed me to the Top End, walking this path by my side so I could chase my dream. And now, as I guide the next generation of GPs in training, I look back and see not just the challenges, but the incredible journey we shared—one I could never have done alone.

Since completing my fellowship, we have achieved so much together over the last two years. This is not just a reflection on where we’ve been, but a celebration of all that is still to come.

So to the girl who was my girlfriend, my de facto, and now my wife—thank you. We have weathered the storm, and we stand stronger together for it. Love you always.

365 days ago we took our life to the next stage. Bringing to reality both of our romantic dreams. It's amazing to think that it has already been a year since my proposal. We didn't post much initally to keep it a surprise.

Perhaps the year went by so quickly because time flies when we are having fun; and gosh has our time together been full of adventure and blissful memories. Thank you for being my forever and ever; and being the complement to my imperfection.

No matter what we go through in life, I know I am forever lucky because I met you. 🥰💍🇫🇷
