RAVAN ESCAPES

A bold and culturally inspired brand identity designed for Ravan Escapes, a tourism company rooted in the legendary heritage of Sri Lanka. The name Ravan references the ancient Sri Lankan king Ravana, a powerful figure in mythology known for his advanced knowledge and the legendary flying machine Dandumonara Yanthraya.

The typography incorporates subtle storytelling elements—most notably the “V” & "A", which is inspired by the elegant form of a peacock feather, symbolizing the mythical Dandumonara, often associated with a peacock-like form. This visual reference connects Sri Lanka’s ancient legends with modern travel experiences.

The warm fiery color palette reflects energy, adventure, and the mystical aura surrounding the Ravana legend, while the custom letterforms give the brand a distinctive and memorable identity. The emblem derived from the typography further strengthens the brand for use across merchandise, apparel, and tourism branding materials.

The UNBOUND logo captures the raw spirit of wildlife and the freedom of nature. Designed for wildlife photographer Mr. Uwais Mohideen and his exhibition, the typography reflects movement, wilderness, and untamed energy.

Subtle organic elements—like leaf accents growing from the letters—symbolize nature’s presence in every frame. The dynamic shifts in the letterforms express “unbound” freedom, while the circular camera-aperture-inspired detail within the typography reinforces the photographer’s craft.
The bold yet organic design balances strength and sensitivity—just like wildlife photography itself. When paired with powerful imagery, the logo seamlessly integrates into exhibition branding, prints, and promotional material, elevating the identity with a contemporary and adventurous feel.
