ပင်းတယ - ဘော်ဆိုင်း 🚙

တစ်ခါတလေကျရင် camera နဲ့တင် အကုန်ရိုက်ဖို့ ခက်တဲ့ အခိုက်အတန့်တွေ ရှိတယ်ဗျ။ ပင်းတယနဲ့ ဘော်ဆိုင်းလမ်းပေါ်က ဒီညနေခင်းလေးက အဲဒီလိုမျိုးပဲ။

နေဝင်ခါနီး အချိန်မှာ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တစ်ခုလုံးက ရွှေရောင်တွေ တောက်နေတာပဲ။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ ရောက်သွားတဲ့အချိန်က ဂျုံခတ် နေတဲ့ အချိန် နဲ့လည်း ကွက်တိတိုးသွားတယ်။ လေထဲမှာ လွင့်နေတဲ့ ဖုန်မှုန့်လေးတွေရယ်၊ အလုပ်လုပ်နေကြတဲ့ သူတွေရယ်၊ ပြီးတော့ အဲဒီရွှေရောင် နေခြည်ရယ်... အားလုံးက တကယ့်ကို ပန်းချီကားတစ်ချပ်လိုပါပဲ။

There are some moments a camera just can’t fully capture, and this evening between Pindaya and Bawsaing was definitely one of them.

As the sun started to go down, the whole landscape just turned into a sea of gold. We got there right as the farmers were harvesting. Between the dust in the air, the people working, and that deep amber light, it didn't even feel real—it looked like a classic oil painting. It wasn’t just a harvest; it was like watching a masterpiece in motion. 🌾✨

Cool breeze, hot coffee, and the best seat in town. After a hot day, Pindaya looks stunning from up here.

ပင်းတယရဲ့ မနက်ခင်းဟာ ဘယ်တော့မဆို ရင်ခုန်စရာကောင်းပါတယ်။ ဒီနေ့ဟာ ထူးထူးခြားခြား "စျေးနေ့" လည်း ဖြစ်နေတော့ ပိုပြီးတော့ သက်ဝင်လှုပ်ရှားနေပါတယ်။

နေရောင်ခြည်နွေးနွေးလေးက ဈေးရောင်းဈေးဝယ်သူတွေအပေါ် ဖြာကျနေတာ မြင်ရတာ တကယ့်ကို ပန်းချီကားတစ်ချပ်လိုပါပဲ။ အလင်းအမှောင်ရယ်၊ ဒေသခံတို့ရဲ့ ဓလေ့ရယ် ပေါင်းစပ်သွားတဲ့ ဒီမြင်ကွင်းကို ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့ Fujifilm X100vi လေးနဲ့ ရိုက်ကူးဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

There is a timeless magic to Pindaya at dawn. As the town begins to stir, the first rays of the sun cut through the morning mist, turning everyday life into a masterpiece.

Today was particularly special as it was Market Day (စျေးနေ့). Seeing the warm sunlight spill over the bustling vendors and local shoppers was like watching a living painting come to life. The perfect harmony of golden light and local tradition made for an unforgettable moment behind the lens.

At Danu CBT: The gateway to our trekking journey. ⛰️🍃

ခရီးမစခင်မှာ Pin Sein Pin ကျေးရွာက Danu CBT မှာ ခဏနားဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒီရွာလေးရဲ့ ထူးခြားချက်က သူ့နာမည်ကို အရှေ့ကဖတ်ဖတ်၊ အနောက်ကဖတ်ဖတ် "ပင်စိမ်းပင်" ပဲဖြစ်နေတာပါပဲ။

အေးမြတဲ့ လေညင်းလေးနဲ့ လှပတဲ့ View ကြောင့် တကယ့်ကို Chill ဖြစ်ရတဲ့ မနက်ခင်းလေးပေါ့။ ဒီရွာရဲ့ အဓိက စီးပွားရေးက လက်ဖက်စိုက်ပျိုးတာဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ဒေသစာလေးတွေကလည်း ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့ အကြိုက်ဆုံး Taste ပါပဲ။ လမ်းလျှောက်မထွက်ခင်မှာ ရိုက်ထားတဲ့ ပုံလေးတွေကတဆင့် ဒီရွာလေးရဲ့ အလှကို ခံစားကြည့်ပေးပါဦး။ ✨📸

Before we officially started our trek, we took some time to rest and recharge at Danu CBT in Pin Sein Pin Village. A fun little fact about this place: the village name is a palindrome it reads exactly the same whether you start from the beginning or the end!

The crisp, cool air and the stunning views created such a perfectly chill vibe. As a village where tea leaves are the heart of the local economy, the scenery is lush and beautiful. We spent our morning taking random photos and enjoying the local food, which was absolutely delicious and exactly my kind of taste.

I hope these snaps give you a glimpse of the peace we felt before heading out into the mountains. ✨📸

နွေဦးရဲ့ အငွေ့အသက်တွေနဲ့အတူ Babylon Trekking & Camping ဆီကို တစ်ခေါက်ပြန်ရောက်ခဲ့ပြန်ပါပြီ။ ဒီတစ်ခါ ပိုပြီးသဘောကျသွားတာက အရင်ကရှိခဲ့တဲ့ လူလုပ်အမှတ်အသား (Man-made signs) တချို့ မရှိတော့ဘဲ သဘာဝအတိုင်း ပိုဖြစ်သွားတာကိုပါ။ တောင်တန်းတွေရဲ့ အမြင့်ပေပြဘုတ်ကလေးနဲ့ သဘာဝအလှတရားတွေချည်းပဲ သီးသန့်ရှိနေတဲ့ ဒီမြင်ကွင်းက ကျွန်တော့်ရဲ့ အကြိုက်ဆုံး Vibe ပါပဲ။ ⛰️

Campsite ထဲမှာ လှပတဲ့ ပန်းလေးတွေ ပွင့်နေတာ မြင်ရတာ တကယ့်ကို စိတ်ချမ်းသာစရာပါ။ ဒါပေမဲ့ တချို့သော ဧည့်သည်တွေက ပိုင်ရှင်ဆီက ခွင့်ပြုချက်မယူဘဲ ပန်းတွေကို ခူးယူနေကြတာ တွေ့ရတာ တော်တော်လေး စိတ်မကောင်းဖြစ်မိပါတယ်။ သဘာဝအလှကို အလှအတိုင်းပဲ ချန်ထားခဲ့တာက ပိုပြီး ယဉ်ကျေးရာရောက်သလို အများအတွက်လည်း ပိုလှနေမှာပါ။ 🥀🚫

အေးမြတဲ့ ရာသီဥတု၊ စိတ်အေးချမ်းစရာ ကောင်းတဲ့ ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်နဲ့ သူတို့ရဲ့ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကတော့ အမြဲတမ်း ပြည့်စုံလွန်းနေဆဲပါပဲ။

I’m back at Babylon Campsite, just as the whispers of spring are settling in. This time around, the vibe feels even more cozy and intentional. What stood out to me most during this visit was that some of the man-made signs have been removed, allowing the campsite to return to its raw, natural state. Standing there with just the mountains and the elevation board in view, it’s exactly my kind of vibe. ⛰️

While it’s a joy to see the campsite blooming with beautiful flowers, it was quite disheartening to see some visitors picking them without permission. Nature is at its most beautiful when left untouched. Let’s be mindful travelers; leaving the blossoms where they grow is a simple act of respect that allows everyone else to enjoy the view, too. 🥀🚫

With the crisp air, the serene environment, and their consistently excellent service, this remains one of my favorite escapes.

ဘယ်မြို့ကိုပဲရောက်ရောက်... လက်ဖက်ရည်ဆိုင် ရှာထိုင်ရတာက အလုပ်တစ်ခုလို ဖြစ်နေပါပြီ။ ☕️✨

ဒီတစ်ခါ ပင်းတယရဲ့ အေးမြတဲ့ မနက်ခင်းလေးမှာလည်း ထုံးစံအတိုင်း လက်ဖက်ရည်ဆိုင်လေးဆီ ခြေဦးလှည့်ဖြစ်ခဲ့တယ်။ ပင်းတယရဲ့ မနက်ခင်းအလှနဲ့ လက်ဖက်ရည်ဆိုင် Culture က ခွဲခြားလို့မရတဲ့ အလှတရားတစ်ခုပါ။

No matter which town I find myself in, searching for a local tea shop has become a daily ritual—almost like a second job. There’s just something about the morning culture in Pindaya that feels so grounded.

A perfectly brewed cup of Myanmar tea paired with fresh, warm Naan (Flatbread) straight from the oven. It’s the simplest pleasures that make travel so memorable.

မမျှော်လင့်ဘဲ ရရှိခဲ့တဲ့ ဖိတ်ခေါ်မှုတစ်ခုကနေတစ်ဆင့် ဒီမြေသားအိမ်လေးဆီကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ ရောက်ရှိခဲ့ပါတယ်။ မြေကြီးနဲ့ ဆောက်လုပ်ထားတဲ့ အိမ်တစ်လုံးရဲ့ နွေးထွေးမှု၊ သဘာဝတရားနဲ့ တစ်သားတည်းကျနေတဲ့ နေထိုင်မှုပုံစံက တကယ်ကို ရင်သပ်ရှုမောစရာပါ။

ဒီအိမ်မှာ ခဏတာ နားခိုခွင့်ရတဲ့ နာရီအနည်းငယ်အတွင်းမှာပဲ "Slow Living" ဆိုတာ ဘာလဲဆိုတာကို လက်တွေ့ခံစားခဲ့ရတယ်။ ဒီမြေသားအိမ်လေးမှာ ကုန်ဆုံးခဲ့ရတဲ့ အချိန်တွေက စိတ်ကို တကယ်ပဲ အနားရစေပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်တိုင်စိုက်တဲ့ဆန်ကို စားတယ်၊ ကိုယ်တိုင်စိုက်တဲ့ အပင်ရိပ်မှာ နားတယ်။ ဒါဟာ ကျွန်တော်တို့ ရှာနေတဲ့ စစ်မှန်တဲ့ "Slow Living" ပါပဲ။

An unexpected invitation led us to this hidden gem: a mud house draped in blooming bougainvillea. There is something truly breathtaking about the warmth of a home built from the earth, existing in perfect harmony with nature.

In the few hours we spent here, we experienced the true essence of "Slow Living." Every moment felt like a deep breath for the soul. The owner lives a life of beautiful self-sufficiency, growing enough rice to last the whole year and finding shade under trees he planted himself. This isn't just a lifestyle; it’s the peace we’ve all been searching for.

Mud houses are architectural wonders; they stay naturally cool in the summer and cozy in the winter, all while being kind to our planet. I hope these photos allow you to feel the incredible views and the intentional lifestyle created here.

There is just something about the vibe of a 1966 Minolta film camera.

I actually took this one with me to Bagan, but classic vintage luck the film advance lever decided to stop working right when I got there.

😅 Even with that little mechanical error, the rest of the camera is solid, and I just had to take it out today to catch that specific "film feel."

Looking through that viewfinder is a total trip. It’s like seeing the world through a vintage mood filter in real-time. It’s definitely a slower, more intentional way to shoot compared to digital, but man, the vibe is unmatched.

The first page of a 366-day journey starts today. Looking back at all the candids and moments we captured last year, I’m so ready to see what this year has in store.

My goal for 2026? To keep my Fujifilm X100VI by my side, stay curious, and find beauty in the most ordinary places. I hope this year brings you all plenty of "good light," clear skies, and moments that make you want to reach for your camera. 📸

Counting down the final hours. 🗓️

Looking back, 2025 was the year I truly fell in love with the "candid" side of life. Switching to the Fujifilm X100VI changed everything for me. It’s so compact that it goes everywhere with me—from quiet cafe corners to the busy streets of Yangon and the blue mountains of Kalaw. 🏔️☕

Instead of perfectly posed shots, my gallery is now full of real moments and quick snaps. This camera isn't just a tool; it’s become my daily companion.

So, I headed over to Boo Boo Cafe yesterday thinking I’d get some chill shots... totally forgetting it was Christmas Day! 😅

Big mistake. It was absolutely packed! I definitely picked the "wrong" time for a quiet session. Even with the crowd, I managed to snap a few quick moments that I wanted to share with you all.

Lesson learned: Check the calendar before heading out for a "peaceful" shoot next time!
