THE HEART OF LEADERSHIP
These days, if you want to excel. Become a leader. Am not saying be a boss. Be a torch that lights you and people. Take time, assessing your circle. Does that push you forward? Do you express yourself openly? Does that help you in mountains and valleys of your life?
You have the right answers on this. And if you see that your absence does not create any impact, it means even your presence means nothing to them. Am a bible amateur, the bible said that you shall know people with their actions. Every action a man does has concealed purpose behind. It takes energy and time to ascertain intentions of somebody over something. In leadership carrier, I observed that walking the talk is none negotiable. This is best way you win souls of people.
People are in exhaustion of fake, they want real and people who can be relied upon. Now to create effective circle that will be with you all the time. Make relationship with your young fellas and starts acting like a leader by proposing new ideas, making contributions outside of your expertise, connecting people and resources to a worthwhile goal. Holding firmly on to this, social recognition and reputation over time begin to develop.
Treatment begins to change. Your presences start to bring hope. People begin to recognize you as someone driven by purpose. It is demonstrated through your actions. And because of good things which you’re doing to your small trusted circle. News begin to diffuse to elderly people. Then person’s capacity begins to grow, so too does the likelihood of receiving support in all corners of life like be given a job.
That’s how leadership journey starts.

DROP YOUR EGO AND BECOME MORE HUMAN
When a day breaks, it’s a new class of new lessons. Life never stops teaching, in fact, life offers practical lessons that formal education cannot afford. Every challenge and every person whom you come across has something to teach you. And stupidity, is not learning anything from it. This drives us to above subject.
Ego is one of evil acts that disrupt peace. People and nation at large are failing to make noticeable progress because it. You know better that this person is not capable for this position but because the job offers lots of salary , you daringly recruit your relative in the name of helping. You forget the impact that decision might have on the company or organization. As nation, we’re failing to develop the country simply because people who supposed be in those chairs are abandoned or we want them to give us something in order to give them opportunity.
Many people are failing to have peace of mind simply because are not ready to open a vault of sins did against someone. Failing to be humble enough to say sorry. As am writing this, one of us has landed someone on fire because of your wrong intentions.
Seating down and have good time to assess how you drive your life. You will notice that this not how our nature. Peace which we’re busy searching outside, am sorry to say that exists in you. All you need is to become more human. Punish people where they deserves punishment. Show kindness where you suppose to show kindness. Be better human. Everyone was born with conscience. Knows bad or good, wrong or right, making decisions based on this that’s where power comes from.
To avoid unnecessary and unproductive discomfort, it’s better to follow moral principles that govern a person’s thoughts and actions. Opposite creates fury. Most of people who have a voice in the community are those who have even no money, acting in a good manner offers many opportunities. Before application of logic, whatever you say, people naturally judge it with their instinct and when they sense any political element. They conceal the truth and defend themselves in political manner also.
In this chaotic era, don’t follow majority. Be yourself and be more unapologetic to the things you know is right. Putting your ego on a pedestal, someplace somewhere regret waits for you. Because what people don’t know is money fills your bank account but significant fulfills soul.
So, whoever chases physical needs, lack of peace mind because there no attachment to a value of the soul. Being more human doesn’t mean you’re a trash. Respect is earned not given. And one way of getting is through being more human. Don’t say things that you cannot be committed to, don’t talk behind people, don’t say words that have potential to incite conflict. You goal always should be protecting your peace and letting it flourish to other people.

FIRST CODE MISSION
Every individual is ordinary person until he takes an action to be somebody. People don’t love you for how you look or how much money you have in a bank account, people love you for who you’re. Majority of individual worsts time being busy seeking approval and validation from other people. But guess what happens, they become victims of attention seekers. And the result they force themselves to go with trends of at the time just to maintain attention from their followers.
From personal point of view, it’s impossible for a person to be daily news to community. Rain does not fall all times. It takes breaks. If you force yourself to be a trend of a day in social medias, you’re knocking an exit door to meet God. Accept in your life that each person has a season when person’s season come nobody can control that and when it goes you can’t control that. Accepting this as your reality, you will not be affected with the happenings and goings of the world.
Every niche has its apex. When you stay long enough working your craft and never get tired working on it. One day, let me repeat this, one day. You will become famous.
First code mission is something that you choose to be known for. Everyone has something that he or she would love to be known for. Doing what am doing, you made already a conclusion what type of a man I’m, what kind of friends I have. What lifestyle I lead and more importantly, you have already in your mind what kind of a character John could have. Now, that gives you a biggest opportunity whether to work with me or not.
So if you want to be loved by people. Don’t love them. Just focus on your first code mission and little by little people will start recognizing you. Yes, they will not immediately come to you and tell you how valuable you’re to the community but they will begin to share about you to their friends. And because of magnitude which you get as a result of being consistency is the things that breaks silence. From that point, money begins to flow in your bank account. People you never thought you could shake hands with, start to work with you. Invitations which you never expect could come in your life begin to show up. Travelling limitlessly.
This does not happen overnight. Its years you have been through working and improving your craft, day in and out. And now you’re receiving the fruits of your labor.
If you want to win a game of life, choose one mission. Focus on that thing. Once you blow up with that then you can begin diversifying. Every successful person has a single niche in which he or she invested his or her reputation. In each field of expertise, you will find people who completely dominated it. And if you want to be one of them. Be monomaniacally focused.

DANCE IN THE DARKNESS
Plants grow in the two directions, shoots grow towards light and at the same time roots grow away from photo tropism. If you recall very well that’s what we were taught at school. And I noticed that both shoots and roots grow at the same pace. Which means size of roots are equal to the height of the shoots.
That’s how life of success people does. What you don’t see them doing in the darkness there products are seen in the light. Every successful person whom you see in the street, utilized night hours. Sitting in a personal boardroom creating plans, creating blueprint strategy on how attain dreams. And began building them relentlessly and they made it. There were no parties, going to bed late, just focusing on their vision.
You want to be somebody, don’t afraid to walk alone. Every person who made it in life. There success was not given but earned it. If you want to be somebody begin working night hours, those hours don’t leave them to chance. You might not be able to see the results immediately but still you’re building something that will help you in the future.
Take a life of a farmer. He clears a farm and plant a seed with only hope that this seed one day will multiply and with that believe makes him to wake up in the morning to water it and remove weeds so that a seed can grow well and because of his consistency his dreams come true.
That’s what you should be doing with your hobbies. Jumping and skipping things that you supposed to be doing consistently kills your hobbies. The goal which you’re fighting for has to be fought day in and out to make it. No matter what challenges or setbacks you’re facing you need protect your dreams. Working on them no matter what. Because that’s the only way a seed grows.
But most of people are terrified working night hours. Skipping parties. Leaving friends who are not beneficial. Not willing to leave an environment that makes them stagnant. It’s not your intuition that make you to be a loser, it’s your programming. If you just change and begin to take small steps daily towards your goal, you will probably make it. Because everything is terrific until you make it. All the fears which we holds in our hearts are not real. We just empower them to keep us where we are. If you want massive changes in your life just start working on them. Forget what people will say about you. I have recently learn that people love you when you’re winning. When your life is on low, very few people who deeply care. So stop caring about people. Do what you feel you can do to change your life problems.
People have nothing to do with your progress and more importantly, they come in the name of sponsorship when you’re already at the top. And not really to support you but to share the responsibilities.
So why do you care about people who don’t care about you?

FLEX WHEN LIFE OFFERS OPPORTUNITY
Every one of us has something inside that is intimidating our peace. Some are dealing office politics, some are terrified have no clue how are they going to achieve their dreams, some have been terminated on a job which they thought is a bridge, some have lost their loved one’s who was a pillar of the family. Some have been told this very day that have incurable disease and they will live only three months. We can’t escape these experiences. It’s normal but painful being in it.
There are many challenges which are after us and have potential to take away our lives and unfortunately, we don’t know which one is after us and which one will exterminate us in the race of life. So, since we’re living in an unpredictable world in which we have no idea about what will happen tomorrow, it’s very essential when one have opportunity to dance a song that we love. Do so, living life we deserve do so, entertaining your life in a style. Do so. Because tomorrow is not promise. Even your next breath is not guaranteed.
Responsibilities of life drive every person crazy. When you know bunch of people are depending on you. You do whatever it takes to maintain value which people normalized with your name. You protect it and even ready to die for it. When you’re walking in the street seeing people doing whatever are doing its because they either want to address particular problem or running away from particular problem. Flexing when waves are calm on the sea, its not wrong. You’re fueling energy and momentum you just utilized in a completed mission.
When a body is sick. Food is not delicious even water are sour so take every opportunity possible to enjoy things that brings you joy. Every one of us has something inside when we eat, we feel amazing. You have particular activity which when you do gives you a sense of meaning. Do it this very day, tomorrow it will be too late. Do you love charity work? Do it more. Do you love your family? Love it more. Do you have a song wants to put it out there, do so. Do you want to open a salon? With little you have open it. Do you love that woman, go and approach her before its too late. It’s moment that we only have. Don’t focus on the future or past but in this moment, that’s where magic happens. Go and tell how deeply you appreciate their love of that your man or woman.
Life is too short. If you don’t take a chance you will not enjoy and more importantly, you will regret it. So whatever you’re thinking of doing, do it right now because time waits none. Likewise, largely of my life I spend on things that I love doing. Though life somehow you can’t understand it, financial issues does not give you full opportunity to rely hundred percent on your talent and we sacrifices what we love and do things we don’t love but still we must navigate a way to always go back to the things that feeds our soul.

QUIT SEASONAL FRIENDSHIPS
Telling brutal truth, true friend must support you in both thick and thin times. Lucky enough life has always a way of putting a record straight. Hardships of our lives disclose true friends. During these times it’s when people demonstrate their true colors. When life is on your side, every hustle you do is working and everything is comfortable with you, its hard to point out who is truly your friend. Your lowest point in life exposes who truly loves you unconditionally.
I have seen people investing a lot in their friends pouring everything of them to change life of their friends by believing that if things work out their life would change too but turnout to be completely parallel. Let me just take an opportunity to say this that assisting people with mind that one day, once God change their life situations will touch our lives, forget it. You’re not offering assistance but you’re investing expectations. Stop owing people and help them for who they're.
If you have been part of our journey I said this before that people see world differently and challenges in our environment determines how we see things. From personal experience I noticed that it takes courage and moral sense for one to remember people who stayed with him or her during his or her hardships. Most of people forget where they came from once they catch the bag and center their lives on people whom have just met when they got a bag.
Simply because we’re suffering together it means tomorrow that person will help you. No. Just help for the sake of helping and not attaching any string to that benevolence. Human beings are complicated creatures to understand, when are acting parallel to your expectations just understand that people are different. Honestly speaking, there is no self-made millionaire. Everyone was assisted by someone somewhere. When people are claiming that are self-made millionaires are not really mean it. What they say behind that message is I just showed passionate to what I do and people invest into my dreams.
Philanthropic person will always be eleemosynary no matter how poor or rich he is. True friends are the ones who remember and visit us to remind each other how hard life used to be or to give us a helping hand when we need their help. In life, I noticed that person cannot ask you what you cannot afford. If somebody is coming to you and ask for help, realize that you’re capable of changing or providing a window for a relief.
So go out there and be a person who sees no weather to his or her friends and people at large.

CREATE VISION THEME EACH YEAR
Success does not happen because you want it. It takes years and if you’re not strong enough to see in reality. You will never get it, that’s why majority love working for somebody not someone working for them. Because it demands lots of changes in life. And what I noticed is, though these are doorway to success but hardworking or overcoming several challenges does not guarantee success. There is a motivation quote which I love. It says that 75% of businesses fail in first five years, 24% dies in ten years and only 1% becomes successful. Wow!! This is pretty fun.
What does this caption telling you? It means that for you to get that success which you assume success, it will take you more than ten years to get your apex. Sometimes it also exceeds that level. It means you will attain mastery level after five more roughly years of grinding a single thing. Creating vision theme is one of significant things that can help you to survive thunderstorms of life. Have you ever wondered why do churches create mind-boggling theme connected to New Year? It’s because theme create momentum. Churches achieves unpredictable results because of theme. Leaders sets goals that are directly connected to the theme. That’s why churches are richer than the members themselves.
If you want to live magical life starts having a theme of the year. Having it means no matter what, you will never compromise your life for the sake of obstacles that you will face along the way. This is exactly what it means, you’re going to date it, love it, and live in it. So you can’t just have in your mind, your will forget it because life doesn’t give a s**t about your goals. It will give you all crazy temptations to get you off-track. I have seen it and I see it coming all the time. And not to get off-track you have to write it at place where you frequently spend your time working your projects.
I noticed this many years ago when I used to go to church at night for the crossover. For example in 2023, the theme was Make A Dream Come True. I wrote it on my calendar, I wrote it on a windows when I switch on a computer it would show up. Likewise, you can go beyond and print it on a t-shirt or cap. It is so empowering seeing words that remind your mission. I have never skipped a year without having the theme. Sometimes I just a grab a quote of somebody who said something that is challenging my status core.
Successful people even go extra mile and have a song that reminds them where they are coming from or where they want to get. If you don’t have one, begin to create one so that you can be somebody. Being more committed to your mission great changes happen in your life. The theme which is making me keep going no matter how tough things are on a ground is of Remember The Life Which You Promised Yourself. Adopt this lifestyle and your life will see the light of a day.

BE A BIG WAVE RIDER
In this world playing small doesn’t help. What you know is best for you do it like there is no tomorrow. None achieved great things by setting small goals. Everyone who left footprints on planet earth set big and empowering goals. They had to stay hungry and relentless to attain their dreams. Our generation, we’re so weak that we’re failing to make serous moves that has potential to change the status core. We’re absorbed in consumption instead of being producers. We’re more motivated to be given something and walk with that without questioning it. Major players who dominated their industries were and are big wave riders. These are great men who let their visions decide their fate. Modern generation is busy chasing instant gratification that’s why number of inventors is dropping at an escalating level.
A modern man is not a man who used to be. In old days a man could impregnate a woman and face responsibilities without shrinking but walk in the society, you will see lots of men, no I think we put them in class of boys, boys failing to hold themselves accountable to their actions. And calling it stardom [Odolo]. Our forefathers could shade tear if they wake up today at their graveyard. Joe Rogan said that hard times create hard men, hard men create soft times, soft times create soft men, and soft men create hard times. Indeed we’re now around soft men in a hard times. This is exactly why we’re failing to move forward as country, why? Everyone wants to look soft, everyone wants soft jobs, everyone wants easiest way of getting rich, everyone wants their parents to look after their children. And am seeing we’re heading to disaster.
To escape this pathetic world and create your own world which you want to see that will make our ancestors happy. Begin setting big goals that feels impossible to achieve. Goals which are overwhelming telling other people. And that will summate your self-worth. Any decision you decide to take, hold yourself accountable to own it. Create chaotic situations that will change people’s lives positively and leave them better than before. Always I extoll stories of people who broke a record people Michael Dell who invented Dell computer, Orville and Wilbur Wright who changed a game in transportation, John Peake Knight who invented traffic lights and many others.
We can’t be all famous but we can all be great because greatness comes from things which you offer to the community. Stop following the masses walk lonely path in which massive blessings resides. Following masses just keeps you average. Start doing something this very day and protect it at all cost. When someone comes to you with knife be aggressive enough to kill him with bazooka. Whatever you’re doing deliver best of you. Give no opportunity to an enemy inside you of procrastination, whining, lazy, and any whom you allow to take a best part of you. World is a mess place, human vulture are everywhere trying to prey weak creatures.

TAKE ACTION THAT HITS SOUL LEVEL
By nature, we’re all co-creators. The reason why we don’t fill contentment we put money first to address physical challenge. We think having lots of money, it means we’re winning a game of life. Or we will get freedom that we deserve. I have never been millionaire or billionaire but the little thing I earn tells big story. Every action which we take to satisfy physical needs would not be enough if we don’t address soul needs.
We’re spiritual beings living in a human body. Therefore our main mission is being in alignment with who we’re. I have seen a lot of people lost in a river chasing a star. Money is a just paper, it has been and it always be a paper. Somebody just gave it power and it has no value. So to attract it one needs to create value in his/herself. Everyone has something makes him or her feel sense of living when doing it.
We have good example here, our late Sir. Lucius Banda, may his soul continue to rest in peace. He born into the world as a gift. He has been in music industry touching different lives of people and modifying music delivery. We have bunch of people who can attest this and who are carrying his touch. When we talk about taking action that hits soul level, we mean protecting and defending it no matter what people are doing to exterminate it, no matter how tough life is, no matter what challenges the body is facing. Lucius set good example of how life should be lived.
Money is good because it addresses money challenges but money is not everything. Peace exists in the soul by doing what it wants. Every action that comes from the soul do not compete, it gives a meaning. Even when you’re performing it touches people, it openly glorifies God. So taking actions that match and mirror with who you’re, problems, setbacks and challenges act as rocket fuel to continue performing at your highest level.
Am not saying having lots of money is bad but am just saying that you will regret your time the rest of your life if you don’t spend enough time addressing its requirements. Being committed to my writings, am doing what satisfies my soul. Doing this it makes life worth living.
Most of people abandon their talents because of happenings and goings of the world. When you’re living in your talent, external world dies and new world born on inside. What we’re all looking for is peace super simple. So if you know who you’re express and uphold it. It is acceptable to use other means of making money not correlated to who you’re for the sake of your natural talent.
Just like what Jesus did. He left in heaven and be here with us. He lived as human being in order to set profound example that it doesn't come easy. He did all these in good manner to show the world that your path to success will not be a straight path. There will be tears, losing people whom once you thought are of your inner circle, people stabbing you in the back unconsciously life testing you how badly do you want living.
So as long as you’re living understand that whether you’re doing what you love or not there will be always challenges. In my view its better fighting for something you love unlike something that you don’t love because pain hits differently. When pain comes because of you what love is no longer pain, it’s a sign of growth while the opposite is a punishment to the soul.

THE HIDDEN COST OF FAME AND FORTUNE
Prevalence of technology has made the world a center stage on which young people are seeking attention. Everyone is talking about fame and fortune, everyone wants to be a news for the day. Anyone wants a trip to Dubai. Models posting in their newsfeeds, advertising who wants to join them on a tour. Am seeing people with unique natural endowment sacrificing their reputation which they hardly built for money. Competition is ruthless on a market. Most of these influencers are poor and have nothing to fall back on. When you see them on a stage. It appears like are making money in a traditional way but behind closed doors. These are people living in pain, confusion and owns nothing.
When models or influencers get on the mountain top are things which they need to keep constant like houses, cars, clothes and other lifestyles to maintain attention on the social media. When things begin turning around like lagging behind in terms of their bills and at the same time they want to maintain expensive lifestyle that they addicted to. They begin to look for alternative of addressing these challenges. Most ladies opt for prostitution. That’s why Dubai has come popular place of porta parties for billionaires. If you don’t know what porta parties is, there is group of elite people who created empires and to them money is not an issue. They select young, beautiful and impressionable women and paid large sum of money to participate in degrading activities.
Talk about acts, it involves human wastes and loads of hallucinogens and alcohol. At the end of it, participants who are often times young models and influencers, are paid in gifts, five-star hotel stays, and cash rewards after they’ve endured humiliating and abusive experiences.
Am seeing the same experience here in the country, some of the people with big titles in organizations when are conducting seminaries in booked hotels along the lake shore. Hire models to entertain them after seminaries. To men is somehow quite challenge to maintain the lifestyle when there are no endorsement, and sponsorship from companies and as a result they indulge themselves in smuggling or money laundering.
Being said that a point, is not wrong to be a model but before you get on the apex, it is necessary to build something valid as a permanent source of income so that when life starts throwing troughs, you shouldn’t compromise your values.
