We talked to Rafael DallInha | Jiu Jitsu 🥋 of Rada Jiu-Jitsu La Jolla at the San Diego Open, where he was coaching his competitors and sharing the experience he’s gained through years on the competition mats.

From helping his athletes manage their weight and preparation to guiding them through competition strategy, Rafael is involved every step of the way.

And what about seeing him back in competition? 👀🔥

Rafael says he still needs about 4–5 months to get back into match training, with the San Diego Open and hopefully the IBJJF Pan American Championship among the tournaments he wants to compete in.

🥇 THE COMEBACK STARTS WITH GOLD. 🥋🔥

Brazilian Black Belt Fellipe Andrew made his return to competition this past Saturday at the San Diego Open, competing for the first time since undergoing surgery.

After months away from competition—and only recently being cleared by his physical therapist for unrestricted training—Fellipe stepped back onto the mats at home in San Diego and came away with GOLD in the heavyweight division. 🏆🇧🇷

More than the medal, this one was about the comeback: competing again surrounded by his wife, friends, teammates, and students from Del Mar Jiu-Jitsu Club.

🎤 Think More Media caught up with Fellipe after the tournament for an exclusive interview about his return, the victory, and what comes next.

And the next challenge is already set: World Master in Las Vegas. 🏆
