Controlled light. Intentional color.
Let the subject do the talking.
For this frame, I kept my settings clean and focused on shaping the light using a beauty dish for crisp highlights, then layering modifiers to control spill and depth.
The magic? A simple sheet of Mylar.
It created that soft, reflective texture in the background and added dimension without overcomplicating the setup.
Sometimes it’s not about more gear…
it’s about using what you have creatively.
