Unpopular opinion:

Stop asking, "What skill should I learn?"

It's probably the wrong question.

Some people spend 3โ€“5 years mastering a skill... only to discover the market has already moved on.

Meanwhile, someone with half the experience is getting all the opportunities.

Why?

Is it really about skill anymore, or is it about understanding where demand is going?

I'm curious...
