*FRIDAY NOTIFICATION*

*CONTEMPLATE ON ALLAAH'S (ﷻ) MERCY*
➖➖➖
*Hasten Upon His Mercy and Forgiveness*
Allaah’s mercy is intimately close to everyone of us, awaiting to embrace when we are ready. Our Deen recognizes human propensity to sin, for Allaah has created man weak, as He (ﷻ) says:
*وَخُلِقَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ ضَعِيفًا*
*“. . . And mankind was created weak.”*
[An-Nisa' 4:28]
The Prophet (ﷺ) also stated in a ahadeeth:
*_“All the children of Adam constantly err . . .”_*
At the same time, Allaah (ﷻ) informed us that He forgives sins. Continuing the same ahadeeth:
*_“. . . But the best of those who constantly err are those who constantly repent.”_*
[Al-Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah, Ahmad]
Allaah (ﷻ) says in the Qur'an:
*لَا تَقْنَطُوا۟ مِن رَّحْمَةِ ٱللَّهِۚ*
*“. . . Do not despair of the mercy of Allaah . . .”*
*إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ ٱلذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًاۚ*
*“. . . Indeed, Allaah forgives all sins . . .”*
[Az-Zumar 39:53]
Allaah's Messenger (ﷺ) was charged to convey the good news to all people:
*نَبِّئْ عِبَادِىٓ أَنِّىٓ أَنَا ٱلْغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ*
*“[O Muhammad], inform My servants that it is I who am the Forgiving, the Merciful.”*
[Al-Hijr 15:49]
Ya Ibn Adam! What sin have you committed
Have you committed Zina?
Have you committed abortion?
Have you drank Alcohol?
Have you listened to music?
Have you taken drugs?
Have you watched p**n?
And any sin you can think of! And then concluded that Allaah will not forgive you?
O dear brothers and sisters! Never ever think that Allaah (ﷻ) won't forgive you! In fact, to think or say "Allaah will not forgive me" is disrespectful to Allaah (ﷻ)! The above verses are enough for us to contemplate on.
Allaah has promised to forgive us out of His Rahma. He has given Himself some qualities we should always think of and turn back to Him, some of which are Ghafir, Ghaffar, Ghafoor, Rahman, Raheem and Afwuh.
So why would He not forgive? While He (ﷻ) has said:
*وَ رَحمَتِي وَسِعَت كُلَّ شَيءٍ*
*“. . . But My mercy encompasses all things . . .”*
[Al-A'raf 7:156]

We shouldn't wait any longer because delay is dangerous. Seek His Rahma now! Ask for forgiveness!

You want perpetual happiness and eternal bliss? Engage in repentance and embark in the life of Deen!
*Repent now*
May Allah forgive us. Ameen
