EID-MUBARAK
On behalf of the Management of Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University (KHAIRUN), the Vice-Chancellor Professor Abdulrashid Garba, extends warm felicitations and heartfelt congratulations to all staff, students, and the entire Muslim Ummah on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
As we commemorate this significant festival of sacrifice, obedience, and devotion to Almighty Allah, the Vice-Chancellor urges members of the University community and Muslims across the world to continue to uphold the virtues of patience, humility, love, tolerance, and selflessness as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim (AS).
The Vice-Chancellor further prays that Almighty Allah accepts our acts of worship, sacrifices, and supplications, grants us peace, good health, divine blessings, and continued prosperity, and blesses our nation with unity, stability, and progress.
He also encourages everyone to celebrate responsibly, promote peaceful coexistence, and remember the less privileged during the festivities.
