First Meeting as Secretary General for LASPPAN ikeja Zone

If anyone had told me some years back that I would ever become a secretary, I would have argued and disagreed countless times. In fact, I spent most of my time in JCI Yabatech Chapter running away from that position, because I never saw myself in that role. But life has a way of surprising us. Today, here I am, currently serving as a volunteer secretary for two associations that I truly love and hold dear, Lagos State Professional Photographer's Association of Nigeria ikeja Zone and another association. As part of the closing activities for the 2025 International Youth Week celebrations, I had the privilege earlier today to join other vibrant youths in commemorating International Youth Day, an inspiring sport event organized by the Ministry of Youth and Social Development, Lagos State Government, at the Jide Sanwo-Olu Arena, Ilupeju lagos

The day’s activities featured engaging aerobic sessions, fun-filled board games like draft and scrabble, as well as thrilling novelty matches that kept the energy alive.

It was truly a day filled with laughter, healthy competition, and youthful enthusiasm—a perfect atmosphere to unwind, strengthen networks, and foster the spirit of unity and sportsmanship among our ever-vibrant youth community.

Moments like this remind us of the power, creativity, and resilience of young people, and why platforms that bring us together are so important for growth and development.
