Day 32 | 3 things nobody prepares you for as a content creator.

The first one is that content creation can feel easier than it actually is.

Maybe one of your first few videos does well. Maybe people start liking, commenting, and sharing your content. You get excited because it feels like you've figured it out.

At that point, you're creating naturally. You have your own voice. Your own style.

Then comes the second thing nobody talks about.

You start noticing other creators growing faster than you.

Someone you started with is suddenly getting more views.

Another creator is sharing a "secret strategy."

Then another one tells you to completely change your content.

Before long, you're consuming more advice than you're creating content.

And that's where the third thing happens.

You slowly stop sounding like yourself and start copying different people, sometimes word for word.

You try this strategy today, another one tomorrow, and a different one next week.

Your content starts feeling forced.

Not because you're not talented, but because you're trying to be ten different creators at the same time.

That's usually the stage where people get frustrated.

Some quit.

Others become desperate and start chasing every new trend they see.

If you're there right now, here's what I'd suggest.

Go back to the beginning.

Why did you start creating content in the first place?

What message were you trying to share?

What made your content feel different when you first started?

Learn from other creators, but don't lose your voice in the process because you're copying them word for word, pattern for pattern.

Growth is important.

But the creators people remember are usually the ones who sound like themselves.

Which stage are you in right now?

Stage 1, Stage 2, or Stage 3?

Day 31 | The First Job of content is to make people stop scrolling not to convince them.

So when learning psychology of videos, learn how attention and curiosity works.

If you want to become a content creator in 2026, there's one skill that matters more than video editing.

And almost nobody is talking about it.

Every day, thousands of people start learning Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, cameras, lighting, microphones, and all the latest tools.

But what if I told you that many creators with average editing skills are outperforming creators with amazing edits?

Why?

Because people don't watch videos because they're edited well.

They watch videos because something grabs their attention and refuses to let go.

Think about the last video you watched from beginning to end.

Was it the transitions?

The effects?

The color grading?

Probably not.

Something about the message, the story, the curiosity, or the emotion kept you watching.

Now think about all the beautifully edited videos you've scrolled past without giving them a second look.

Exactly.

The biggest mistake aspiring creators are making is spending months learning software before learning people.

The creators winning in 2026 understand human psychology.

They know what makes people stop scrolling.

They know what makes people curious.

They know what makes people stay.

Tools help you package content.

Understanding attention helps you grow.

If you had to choose one skill to master as a creator in 2026, what would it be?

Let me know in the comments.

DAY 30 | Every day, I see people searching "I want to be a content creator."

And when they start, they immediately begin learning video editing, Canva, CapCut, cameras, microphones, and all these fancy tools.

But here's the problem.

The internet is not rewarding the creators with the best editing.
