(1) MEDICAL CERTIFICATE OF FITNESS. Compulsory for camp registration (YOU CAN DM)
(2) MEDICAL REPORT (Optional) For camp exeat or relocation to another state after camp (YOU CAN DM)
(3) STATEMENT OF RESULT for Bsc students From your institution
(4) OND AND HND CERTIFICATE (for polytechnic Students). From your school
(5) SCHOOL ID CARD (DON'T WORRY (even if it's expired). From your school
(6) GREEN CARD.
(7) ADDENDUM.
(8) PASSPORT.
(9) CALL UP LETTER.
(10) NIN SLIP AND YOUR BVN NUMBER
(11) IT LETTER POLY GRADUATES
(12) NERD CLEARANCE SLIP (COMPULSORY)

NYSC Documents for foreign Students needed to take to Camp
1. International Passport
2. Degree or HND Certificate ( original not the statement of result.
3. O'Level result(Original from Waec office)
4. Passport photograph
5. Evaluation letter ( for those that are yet to be evaluated)
6. Resident permit to study in the country.
7. Green card
8. Addendum
9. Medical fitness and Medical compulsory
report (Optional to Exeat from camp activities or for Relocation back to another state DM TO GET YOURS)
1. Call up letter
2. NERD CLEARANCE SLIP (COMPULSORY)
3. PROFESSIONAL LICENSE (FOR MEDICAL STUDENTS)
4. NIN SLIP AND BVN NUMBER
- Make Atleast 3 photocopies each of the aforementioned documents
- 8-10passport are okay for everyone
Food items accepted in camp
1. Garri
2. Golden more
3. Cornflakes
4. Snacks(bread etc)
5. Tea and milk
6. Butter etc
Anything you know that you don't need to cook them are all allowed in camp
Materials not allowed in camp
1. Socket(extension)
2. Laptop
3. Car
4. Bike
5. Knife
6. Cutlass
7. Scissors etc
Things you can buy as a support but you will be given to in camp are:
1. White short
2. White round neck top
3. White socks
4. Waist bag (you won't be given in camp)
5. Water bottle
6. Flask
Reason you should get extra is because they might end up given you something that doesn't size you or you don't like
Things you will be given to in camp during your documentation are:
1. Jungle boot
2. 2 white socks
3. 2 white top
4. 2 white short
5. Crested shirt
6. NYSC Khaki( both top, short and face cap)
