In questi mesi stiamo lavorando tanto a questo progetto e quest'estate saranno mesi intensi di ricerca, sviluppo e riprese. Approfondiremo ancora di più i temi del film, ma saremo anche di viaggio nel passato, attraverso il presente e verso il futuro.
Dalla Norvegia del Nord, all'Italia (da nord a sud), alle coste occidentali norvegesi, passando attraverso i temi della paternità, mascolinità, l'ambiente, la pesca e le muscolari e mastodontiche piattaforme estrattive nel mare.

GREAT NEWS!

Nearly 3 years ago I got selected to the fantastic training of Esodoc but I couldn't participate. This was a rare opportunity for professional growth and for the documentary I worked on but there are things that come before one self: my nearest people, heavy sickness of family and work responsibilities. There was just one choice to take, but it was very hard to say no to something I had dream for years.

After this moment lots of stuff happened: The toughest things I ever experienced in my whole life.

The last weeks we had the honor and luck to get our documentary "In love with the journey of Man" selected to be part of the prestigious Masterschool of Documentary Campus, and now this new chapter started, I can't be happier nor more grateful.

Many beautiful things happen when you make space for something new, when you allow your sorrow to grow into creativity. When you don't give up to that dream, it transforms into something, it becomes real.

As long as you keep close to whom you are, and if possible even closer things find their journey.

Thx to all that support this journey and especially to the amazing work together of the crew: producer Åsne Høgetveit, scrip consultant Angelo Cavaliere and the editor Lucio Basadonne.
I can't wait for more of this guys!

The last months between Tromso and San Diego I have been working on a new 🎥 project: "Couch stories". Here are some glimpses of it. Thx to Luis for his insights and patience.

"Sometimes you meet someone for a short period of time who has a huge impact on your life.

When I met Luis in California I was only 18 years old. With his life, he taught me courage, humility. He taught me independence, I could do it on my own.

Luis is not a glamorous hero of a Hollywood film or of the American dream, but one of the unknown heroes of society: he overcomes immense pain and toughness of life with depth, lightness, humor and grace. Luis challenges borders, between two countries and inside ourselves.

Big news after lots of hard work!

My documentary project "In love with the journey of Man" just received funding from Stiftelsen Fritt Ord

I am so thankful for this fantastic opportunity that will make the film develop further.
The film focuses on fatherhood, masculinity, environment and one of its main effort is, inspired by eco-feminism, to contribute developing and fostering a society of respect and care for nature and all humans.

Vengsøya, Chapter 1 "Matkroken"
