आमाको माया
आमाको माया समुद्रको गहिराई भन्दा गहिरो हुन्छ,
भन्ने कुरा आमाले मरे पनि साबित गरिन् ।
आमा जीवित देखि मृत्युपश्चात् पनि,
बच्चा आफ्नो काखमा बोकी रहिन् ।
समुद्री लहरले जुद्धदा पनि उनले हिम्मत हारिनन्,
आफ्नो हातले सन्तानलाई बाँधी राखिन्,
सास रोक्दा पनि काख कहिले खस्किएन,
देवले चुडेर लाँदा पनि मामता सुस्किएन ।
संसारको सबैभन्दा सुरक्षित ठाउँ त्यही,
जहाँ मृत्युले पनि आमालाई हराउन सकेन ।
भगवान त देखिँदैनन् भन्छन् यो दुनियामा,
तर सायद भगवानको रूप नै आमा हो।।
