I used to think that maybe it was already too late for me. But I’ve realized that it’s never too late to learn something new.
I recently completed a 15-day Visual Storytelling Workshop organized by photo.circle , and I truly enjoyed the experience. I learned so many things—not just about taking photographs, but about how to make a photograph.
It wasn’t only about the technical side—shutter speed, ISO, aperture, and so on. I learned to think about the story behind a photograph and how to tell stories through images.
I’m especially grateful to our mentors, Uma Bista and Sagar Chhetri , for their guidance throughout the workshop. I’d also like to thank Majime Ukiyo for teaching us about lighting and how to use studio lighting to make photographs stronger and more meaningful.
And thank you to Ayushma for teaching us how to write, express our thoughts, and put our stories into words. We also had a valuable session on Lightroom with Shikhar Bhattarai, which added another important skill to my learning.
A very special thank you to all the incredible participants and my dearest friends. Learning alongside all of you, sharing ideas, stories, laughter, and experiences made these 15 days even more special. ❤️

I’m leaving this workshop with a new way of looking at photography—and, more importantly, a new way of seeing stories. 📷✨
