老姜，黑麻油与鸡肉的香气融合，一起来试试看吧！
1. 生姜切片
2. 鸡腿肉煎至上色，释放出鸡油
3. 在鸡油中加入黑麻油煸香姜片
4. 加入鸡腿肉和泡发好的香菇倒入香菇水
5. 加入红枣、桂圆和枸杞，调整汤的甜度和平衡味道
6. 煮好的汤中加入米酒，挥发掉酒精，只留下香气
7. 根据个人口味加入适量盐，如果要加入面或泡饭，建议咸度略高一些。
8. 最后，将面线加入汤中，煮熟即可享用
9. 在汤中加入豆腐蛋饺等可以做成麻油鸡火锅
