A little room of her own (A piccola camera tutta sua) my studio online, not just a portfolio, more a look in to my sketchpads A room of my own, a camera of my own. A room in Italian is camera.

This page is about a space of my own, for thoughts ideas, a place to play with my work, and images. So yes it's a bit of a play on words as a photographer especially a female photographer. Virginia Woolf influenced my work and my practice. if you haven't read "A Room of Ones Own" it is an impotrant essay
Woolf wrote
"a woman must have money and a room of her own if she is to write fiction"
I do not write fiction, I am a visual artist but does the frame create a fiction? I will be asking this and other questions as I work on this site. I look forward comments and conversation. I guess this is just a way for me to share my studio with friends that may not be able to stop by the physical location for a cuppa
