Sometimes it can be difficult to picture how a house is laid out when you are looking at photos online.

You have probably seen the birdseye photos taken with a drone to show the property but that doesn't necessarily help with the layout of the interior. Particularly with large homes.

We have thought outside the box and taken these images to the next level! I think they are 🔥 🔥 🔥

Not all properties have white walls and floor-to-ceiling windows🪟

There are many character houses 🏠 in Christchurch such as this one we recently shot, where the house features wooden trim and architectural details.

Capturing properties such as this in tricky lighting conditions 💡 requires not just the right equipment, but a deep understanding of light dynamics and a good deal of patience.

Although these are challenging, we feel that we managed to nail the balance ⚖️ between making the images feel light and bright, without losing the warmth, emotion and character of the space 🔥
