There’s something really special about small intimate weddings.
Recently I had the honour of photographing a beautiful wedding at the Schoolhouse in Dublin, surrounded by only a select group of close friends and family. Being there not only as a photographer, but also as a friend, made the whole day feel incredibly natural and seamless.
The entire day was so relaxed and genuine — less about rushing from moment to moment, and more about simply being present with the people who mattered most. Those are always the moments I love capturing most.
One of my favourite parts of the day was how much trust the couple gave me creatively. From locations to posing, they fully embraced the process, which allowed us to create some really authentic and timeless images together.
These are the kinds of weddings I truly love documenting — real moments, real connection, and stories that actually feel like the people in them.
If you’re planning a wedding and looking for natural, documentary-style photography that captures the day as it felt, I’d love to chat.
