Snow in the middle of summer? Went up Mt Ruapehu on our trip to mix it up. The kids loved it and it’s always breathtaking seeing how beautiful our country is.

Hands down, the best place we visited on our trip. I kind don’t want to give away it’s location in fear of it gaining any popularity but it’s a true gem.

No cell service, no clean water, no toilets and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. A amazing experience.

I’ll give you a hint haha it’s along the east cape journey 😁

Snapped at the beautiful beach of Mahia in the Hawke’s Bay region.

After a fun day at Splash Planet we settled in for our first night of freedom camping before hitting the East Cape.

This beach gave me Matapouri vibes and offered the most amazing view of the Milky Way once the moon went down.

This profile lives! As life has gotten in the way, photography took a back seat. I’m glad I took my camera with me on my holiday as it revived a love once lost.

I’ll drop feed pics of our trip as I edit them.

Unfortunately Mt Taranaki decided not to show up but photographing this iconic landmark has always been on my list so sure enough, I had to snap away.

I should probs get out and take more photos. The next couple are of burgers joints I’ve been to where I’ve managed to capture things other than the burgers. You all know how I love my burgers. This one though is my fave of the bunch that I took on my trip to opening last week. Nature meets city, sharp lines meet curves and colour meets architecture.
