Some love stories are quiet, but certain 🤍

Vivian & Jeff met through family and friends, and what began as a simple introduction slowly grew into something deeply meaningful.

She crossed the ocean to be with him in New Zealand, choosing love and building a life together.

Their pre wedding film was short, but filled with softness and sweetness. From open fields and light through the trees, to ocean views and sparklers in the night, every frame felt like a piece of their story.

Played on their wedding day, it gently shared their journey with everyone in the room.

They’re a quiet kind of couple—shy in front of the camera, but full of warmth with each other.

Glasshouse was the perfect backdrop for their peaceful ceremony, and by the time we reached the hill, the grass had turned gold and the light wrapped around them like a soft hug.

Mike & Angie said “I do” above the city—on the rooftop of their Auckland CBD apartment, with the skyline behind them and the summer light all around ☁️🌇

It was intimate, elegant, and effortlessly them. No big production, just a calm kind of confidence and a whole lot of love.

They travel often, live with intention, and the way they connect with each other... it’s something you feel immediately.

A few days after the wedding, Mike even caught up with us again—offering some genuine, thoughtful business advice. Just a reminder that some clients become more than clients. And some wedding days linger long after the photos are taken.

Lisa & Dean’s garden wedding in Waiuku was soft, simple, and full of heart 🌿🐑

The morning started in a beautiful countryside garden, with sheep grazing nearby and everything feeling calm and quietly joyful. It was one of those settings where every detail just worked—natural, relaxed, and full of warmth.

The ceremony and reception were held at Dellrian Gardens — a hidden gem just outside town, with winding paths, blooming flowers, and that peaceful charm we always fall in love with.

Sometimes the most beautiful weddings are the ones that feel effortless. And this one? It felt just right from beginning to end.

Jessily & Analeise — Rain, Tears & All the Good Chaos at Kumeu Valley
Where do we even begin with this one? It had everything — moody skies, happy tears, a very enthusiastic dog sprinting down the aisle, and yep… one of our photographers stacking it hard on the wet deck (don’t worry, he’s fine, the camera’s fine — just his pride took a hit 😂).

Then right on cue, the rain cleared and the vows began. Honestly, we’ve never seen so many people cry (us included, behind the lens 🥹).

From there, it was just joy on joy — hugs, laughs, dance floor chaos, and the kind of love that fills up every corner of a venue.
These two? Magic.
This day? One we won’t forget. 💛

Clare & Conor’s wedding at the Italian Renaissance Garden in Hamilton was elegance with personality ✨🍋
Between sculptures, symmetrical hedges, and that iconic fountain, the setting was straight out of a storybook.

But it was their energy—warm, fun, a little cheeky—that made it unforgettable.
They brought life to every corner of the garden, and we loved every second of capturing it all.

Our first time shooting at this spot, and I couldn’t have asked for a better couple to explore it with.

Brittany & Hayden — married in Hayden’s mum’s beautiful garden by the lake in Kinloch 💍🌿

It was my first time in this little corner of Taupō, and I was blown away. The ceremony felt like home—quiet, heartfelt, and full of love. Afterward, we wandered down to the lake for portraits. The sunset never came… so I brought out the flash and created one 🌅✨

Some moments don’t need perfect weather—just the right people and a little bit of light.

Jonathan & Shivani’s wedding at Cable Bay Vineyards felt like a love letter to their cultures 🇮🇳🏴

He wore full Scottish dress and carried a bottle of aged family whisky. She brought colour, grace, and warmth in her beautiful Indian attire.

They walked down the aisle to the sound of live bagpipes (from the same piper we’d met years ago at another Scottish wedding—small world!).

We wandered through the vineyard after the ceremony, with the vines behind them and Auckland city in the distance. And just as the sky turned grey, it started to rain softly.

So we stayed.
And shot through the rain.
And the last photos, with the skyline behind them, were pure magic.
