🦌🍔 Homemade Venison Bacon Burgers
Nothing fancy here — just wild venison, a few simple ingredients, and a hot BBQ.
This batch was made from venison mince, bacon, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce and a few seasonings. The bacon keeps the patties juicy while the venison brings that rich flavour you just can’t buy in a takeaway burger.
There’s something pretty satisfying about turning a successful hunt into a feed like this for family and mates.
