Again Reece Walsh was left out the Marooons squad and the reason for it, I just come up with only 5 and they are;

1. Ongoing injury concerns β€” Recent injuries affected his continuity, fitness, and match rhythm.
2. Defensive concerns β€” His positioning and defensive reads have been questioned this season.
3. Inconsistent form β€” He hasn’t reached the same impact level as last year consistently.
4. Discipline & errors β€” Handling mistakes and rushed plays have hurt key moments in games.
5. Strong competition β€” Queensland had other backs in strong form who better suited the squad balance.
