Some of us may criticise PMJM on certain things, and that is part of democracy. But when something truly historic is happening before our eyes, we must also have the courage to acknowledge and appreciate it.

Growing up as a little boy, I used to wonder why we could not simply travel by vehicle from our part of the country to Port Moresby. It was something I could only imagine. Back then, it felt like a dream that might never become reality.

But today, I am standing here witnessing that dream come alive before my own eyes. Honestly, it is difficult to put into words what this moment means. A road that connects our people, our communities and our dreams is something that will be remembered for generations.

PMJM, regardless of the criticisms that may come your way, this achievement deserves recognition. You have helped turn what many of us once thought was impossible into reality.

One day, our children and grandchildren will travel this road and perhaps ask who made it possible. Your name will be part of that story.

History will remember this achievement. Generations will benefit from it. And for those of us who once only dreamed of it, seeing it happen is truly emotional.

Now Deceased Huluwin RAVU a male age 25, single and reside inside Vanigela Settlement (Koki) is a mix parentage of Central & Hela.

Late Mr. Ravu has been involved in several criminal offences throughout his life and escaping away from police.
He involved in crime such as;

1. Attempted Murder
2. Arm robbery
3. Arm Holdup
4. Steal
5. So**my inside Badili Police station cell
6. Breaking & Escaping from badili cell several times.
7. Involved in pack r**e of the wife of expatriate at Koki on 15/08/2026
8. Recently escaped from the BOROKO metro cell on 3/09/26.
9. He was seen carrying a factory made pistal.
10. Several unreported crimes.
11. Wounding people while and robbing properties.
12. Today he was in the action of Stabbing Police officers at the exit gate of main Koki vegetable Market with a kitchen knife 🔪 and was shot by police and save lifes of 3x Police officers including a first Constable, senior Constable and koki base community policing officers.

Deceased was transport to PMGH layout.
Necessary documents are underway.

🚨 CITY WATCH WARDENS ARRESTED: THREE WARDENS CHARGED WITH ARMED ROBBERY IN PORT MORESBY!

When the very people hired to keep public spaces safe turn around and prey on the community, it shakes public trust right to its core.

Three City Watch wardens were arrested and charged by Hohola police following an armed robbery in the Gordon's-Boroko area on Saturday morning.

Armed with knives, the suspects intercepted a man out for a morning run along the Waigani-Boroko route at around 5:40 AM, stealing his waist bag containing a mobile phone and house keys before public tip-offs helped recover the items.

"THE GROWING TREND OF WARDENS INVOLVED IN CRIME POSES A SERIOUS RISK TO PUBLIC SAFETY AND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!"

Police have now issued a strong warning, urging NCDC management to enforce stricter background checks and continuous monitoring when vetting bus stop wardens.

Some might argue that these are just isolated incidents among a workforce trying to keep public order. But let’s be completely real for a second—when guardians turn into criminals, stricter vetting and instant accountability are the only ways to restore community safety.

It's great to see team Manager Mr.Chross presenting the Jersey for Arts Knights at UPNG as the Arts Knights heading in major Semi Final in UPNG League. He have a busy schedule but he takes responsibility and motivates young players coming up by grooming them and giving them the courage to play footy.

Arts Knights is one of the team in UPNG comprises different boys from different provinces but they work as a team. This afternoon game with the NGI Sharks shows the true spirit of brotherhood, the bonds pure commitments in the competition. It was tough game but our boys won by two points. The successful penalty kick by Winger Japeth Howa lead our boys to victory. However,Man of the Match Was received by Mr.Jeremiah Argon for his brilliant display and try saving tackles.

This afternoon game was displayed of pure commitments, dedication and disapline. The successful victory was witnessed by team Manager- Mr. Trans Chross, Coach Mr. Hape Aluago, assistance team manager, Mr. Ismael Arawi, Captain Mr. Niel Arawi, Assistance coach, Mr.Laku Arabagali and all the supporters of the arts Knights club.
