Panaad sa Negros Festival 2026 journal.

I visited the Kabankalan City Pavilion and witness the actual making of handwoven scarves by the CPSU Handloom Weavers. I got to witness their skill and tradition come to life, and was able support local craftsmanship buy purchasing their newly woven scarf and mini scarf!
