Everyone has their own stigma it traps us, brings us down and devalue us. Having to deal with it is difficult, but no matter how hard it is we'll eventually rise above it.

Just like a caterpillar turning into a butterfly it takes time. It takes time and dedication for us to change into someone we want to be someone who is far from the stigma that we are.

Our stigma is our past , it lead us to who we are today but it must never define who we'll be tomorrow
