—Via Crucis: The Weight We Share ✞ ✝
This tradition captures the quiet, heavy beauty of a community walking together today, bearing both the physical cross and the profound story it represents. There is an incredible power in seeing an ancient journey unfold on modern streets. 🤍🚶‍♂️

—Shared Chapters of Collective Voice 🕯️✨

Capturing the raw, quiet reverence of today's Stations of the Cross. There’s something incredibly powerful about seeing a community moving through the same story, together. 🤍📖

Baguio City, Philippines — April 1, 2026

Devotees gather at the Our Lady of Atonement Cathedral at 4 p.m. on Wednesday to take part in the Stations of the Cross, a solemn Lenten tradition commemorating the passion and suffering of Jesus Christ. Participants carried a wooden cross along the cathedral grounds, pausing at each station for prayers and reflection. The activity drew a mix of parishioners and visitors, highlighting a shared expression of faith and devotion during the Lenten season.

🌟🌤️ This Sunday, March 29, the people of Baguio City gathered in unity at Our Lady of Atonement Cathedral to commemorate the glorious entry of the Lord Jesus into Jerusalem.

The celebration included the blessing of palm fronds, followed by a Holy Mass attended by hundreds of devotees.

Despite the heat, the devotion of the faithful remained unwavering as they carried their creatively made palm fronds. Each wave of the coconut leaves symbolized joy, humility, and steadfast faith amid life’s many challenges.

This blessing also marks the beginning of Holy Week and serves as an invitation for all to engage in sincere reflection, forgiveness, and spiritual renewal. 🪄

With every movement of the palm fronds, the faithful also welcomed the Lord’s peace into their homes and communities.
