The weather didn't make it easy.
But John Paul wasn't asking for easy.
The nerves were real. The conditions weren't perfect. And yet somewhere in all of that, he found what he came for โ the courage to push through anyway. That's the thing about people who have been dreaming long enough. When the moment finally arrives, even the obstacles feel like they were always part of the plan.

John Paul flew with that promise. But he didn't fly toward it alone.
Behind every hour of hardwork were his parents โ the people who believed in this dream before it had a runway, before it had a date, before it had anything but a son who wanted to reach the sky. They carried him in the way only parents can. Not in the cockpit, but in everything that made him ready for it. His family's love was the foundation every difficult day was built on.
When the wheels lifted off on September 4, they went up with him.
Courage isn't the absence of fear.
It's taking off anyway.
And John Paul proved it.
Capt. Russell Lois Castroverde guided him through every challenge that day โ in the weather, in the cockpit, and in the moment.
Congratulations, Capt. John Paul Quilaton Vigonte! The plans were always good. ๐
