3️⃣ Choose your Track & Elective: Select Academic or Technical-Professional and your desired elective.

5️⃣ Claim Confirmation Slip: Visit BSHS on May 27-28, 2026, to get your confirmation.

6️⃣ Final Confirmation: Bring your parent or guardian for confirmation and signature.

- PSA Birth Certificate
- Grade 10 Report Card (SF9)
- Grade 10 Permanent Record (SF10)
- Certificate of Completion (JHS)
