Sunny side up eggs and pork sisig this morning ๐Ÿณ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Breakfast at the farm always hits different. Iโ€™m usually up between 3am and 4am getting the fire started for cooking, boiling water for that fresh cup of morning lifeโ€ฆ I mean coffee ๐Ÿ˜‚โ˜•

Then itโ€™s time to start the rice while sipping coffee and constantly battling the cook fireโ€”trying to keep it hot enough, but not too hot. Farm cooking definitely keeps you on your toes.

By around 6am, breakfast is finally ready and itโ€™s time to eat before getting to work for the day ๐ŸŒฟ

Have a great day ahead everyone!
