A hidden underground swim paired with a beach view outside makes for a perfect afternoon escape. 🍃☀️

Swimming in a natural pool hidden right under the ground is definitely one of the more unique experiences you can have on the island. 🏊🏻

Ogtong Cave is actually located inside a private resort, meaning your entry gets you a lot more than just a cave tour. While the natural cavern itself is quite small and can get crowded quickly, the refreshing, cool water is completely worth the dip. Afterward, you can head straight to the resort’s ocean-view grounds, relax by the swimming pool, and grab a fresh fruit shake from the mini hut. 🛖🍹

💰 Entrance: ₱200 per person / ₱150 per kids (includes cave, resort pool, and beach area access)
🏡 Amenities: Cave, Swimming Pool, Beach View Area, Bar & Restaurant, and Rooms for overnight accommodations.

Visit early in the morning if you want clear, crowd-free photos inside the cave. If it gets packed, just grab a fresh fruit shake and enjoy the open ocean view outside. 😉📸

📍 The Ruins — Santa Fe, Bantayan Island, Cebu

A broken piece of history that still makes for a beautiful view. 🌊✨

Standing on the edge of this cliff, it’s crazy to think how an abandoned house can become one of the most beautiful viewpoints on the island. 💯

This concrete skeleton was once a private home built in the 90s, but it was completely abandoned and later hollowed out by Super Typhoon Yolanda in 2013. Years later, it gained a second life as one of the filming locations for the movie "Camp Sawi". Today, it’s an amazing, rugged spot for panoramic ocean views and quick photo ops. 🏚️🎬

💰 Entrance: Free
⚠️ Warning: Cliff jumping is highly dependent on the weather. If the waves are rough or the tide is low, do not attempt to jump due to the sharp rocks below.

Skip the swim if the water looks aggressive, and just enjoy the cliff-edge view. It’s worth the stop just for the photos. 📸

📍 Sandira Beach — Santa Fe, Bantayan Island, Cebu

Our first trip to Paradise Beach Sandira didn't go exactly as planned, but it definitely gave us a story to laugh about. 😆

Due to recent bad weather, the shoreline was covered in storm debris instead of its usual pristine look. To make things funnier, the dirt road leading here was so rough and bumpy that my bag literally flew right out of our moving tricycle. Fortunately, it missed all the mud puddles and landed completely dry. ⛈️🚫🏊🏻

💰 Entrance: ₱70 for adults / ₱30 for children
🚗 Road Condition: Extremely rough and unpaved (during our time of visit). Brace yourself for a bumpy ride if you're on a scooter or tricycle.

Visit here during the peak dry season (February to May) to catch the water at its calmest and clearest. 💯✨
