When I had a client shoot at Arterra Hotel in Cebu last November 2024, their chef brought these two mouthwatering foods from their monthly promotions.

We did not get to taste it, but it looks so good! Just look how it is plated beautifully; you would know that they took the time and all of their talents to pull this off.

I hope that in 2025, I can go back to Arterra and try these out and not just take pictures! 😅

As a chef’s daughter, food was vital to my life. I learned early on how to cook using fresh ingredients.

Before was a thing, it was how it was done in our home. Mama and Daddy would always source fresh ingredients each time they cooked.

That’s why I loved my time at ❤️
Everything tasted so good! I am glad that the Tripoli fam, courtesy of allowed me to tag along their little fam getaway.

Danika's European Escape: A Lookbook for the Birthday Girl!

Hey everyone, Juris here, the director, makeup artist, and creative producer for this incredible project!

I will take you on a whirlwind European tour with the stunning Danika as our guide. As she celebrates her 30th birthday, we dreamed of creating a lookbook that captures the essence of a stylish European adventure.

Imagine waking up in Monaco, the golden light dappling across your balcony as you sip coffee in a chic white sundress, fresh, dewy makeup, and silk scarves. (Mornings in Monaco).

Later, we explore the vibrant streets of Santorini, where Danika oozes confidence in a show-stopping ensemble of silk scarves, petite sunglasses, sultry eyes, and bold lips -- that turn heads (Sexy in Santorini).

As the sun sets over Capri, we find her embracing the carefree spirit of summer in a light and breezy outfit drenched in shimmery highlights and hydrating glosses. (Summer in Capri).

The journey continues to Luxembourg, where Danika transforms into a vision of luxury and sophistication (Luxe Feels in Luxembourg).

Finally, as the clock strikes midnight in Montenegro, she embodies the allure of a European evening, draped in a dramatic and unforgettable look -- nothing but pearls (Montenegro Midnights).

This lookbook is more than just makeup and fashion; it celebrates self-discovery, wanderlust, and the magic of turning 30!

I am slowly gaining the confidence to upload my recent love projects, and I am forever thankful for the trust that few people give me.

One of those people is Ate Precy.

She gave me the push to start this photography journey seriously. Last year, she trusted me with her fabulous fortieth birthday.

The camera loves her, and of course, SHE LOOKS SO FINE, like a $2000 bottle of WINE.

On her Birthday this year, pasabog gyud amuang himoon. Of course, I hope that I can still make her proud.

I LOVE CREATIVE PORTRAITS.

That is why whenever I get the chance to shoot for unique concepts, I take the opportunity and go.

One day, my dear friend Wavey had a brilliant idea to showcase her makeup prowess, and of course, she said, I get to practice my shots.

I automatically said yes, which turned out to be one of my life's most unforgettable and fulfilling moments. I get to shoot for a charming person who is kind enough to be my practice model.

Thank you again for this chance, Wavey. I hope I can practice with you sometime soon.

Storytime.

2018 was the year I want to get my passport in the hopes of traveling abroad the same year.

Since all of the DFA offices in the entire Mindanao did not have slots for passport application, I tried my luck in Visayas. Hoping to get Cebu, which was also full, I found myself in Bacolod.

So the plan was to get my passport and to photograph one of the most beautiful faces I have ever seen -- KATE. Talk about hitting two birds with one stone!

I am so glad she said yes to this mini practice project. She was graceful yet she was so game with all the walking and climbing. Not to mention the HEAT was unbearable. She made it look so effortless.

I am still looking forward to photographing her in the future...
