A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR OF DAVAO HON. SEBASTIAN 'BASTE' Z. DUTERTE TO MAINTAIN AND REGULATE THE TREKKING SITE ACTIVITY AT THE UPPER PART OF BARANGAY TAGURANO, TORIL DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY.

WHEREAS, that the flow of individual and group of people going to the upper part of Barangay Tagurano is increasing day by day especially on weekends and holidays.

WHEREAS, that the barangay promote the place to the visitors for the nice view, the beauty and the calmness of the place.

WHEREAS, that the barangay constituents living in that area have their small business and earn enough for their daily needs. It is a big help to the people of the barangay.

WHEREAS, that the barangay will see to it maintain the cleanliness of the place and protect and conserve the Wildlife (floras and Faunas)in the area.

NOWHEREFORE on motion of KAGAWAD Lamberto G. Aguilar duly seconded by Kagawad Rey T. Casamorin, it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR OF DAVAO HON. SEBASTIAN 'BASTE' Z. DUTERTE TO MAINTAIN AND REGULATE THE TREKKING SITE ACTIVITY AT THE UPPER PART OF BARANGAY TAGURANO, TORIL DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY.
