One of my very first shots, the "Monalisa of Kadayawan" as they call it, won in the Kadayawan Photo Contest of ABS- CBN Davao's morning show, Ma
ayong Buntag Mindanao. Kadayawan Festival is one of the
famous yearly celebration of thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest here in Davao City, Philippines. Where various tribes participate in the celebration through street dancing and
mass parades of colorful cultural costumes, and floral float displays made of fruits and
various flora and fauna. In December 4 of the same year, I won the Best Photo of "Exceeding Vision with the Epson
and Nikon Pros" a workshop brought by Tekpone Digital Lifestyle Shop, Epson and Nikon, and judged by the country's top photographers Xander Angeles, Niko Villegas, and Boboy
Librodo†. After these wins, I started enhancing my craft further. On December 30, 2011, I participated in the "Shoot for Hope" fund-raising workshop for the
benefit of the victims of typhoon Sendong. There I was able to gather knowledge from
Davao City's best photographers in different fields, namely: Jojie Alcantara for
Photojournalism, Rhonson Ng for Travel, Bob Mata for Portrait, Paul Borromeo for Fashion, Epong Soliban for Landscape, and Roland Jumawan for Wedding. On February 24, 2012, I attended Batch 3 of Nature's Light. This is Davao's premier
landscape photography workshop by Epong Soliban, and my photo garnered the Best in
Exposure award. On August 13, 2012, I attended a workshop by Erich Caparas about glamour photography which was held in Cubao, Quezon City. I am a versatile photographer who can do several types of photo coverage such as but not
limited to: events, occasions, food, products, people, seascapes, landscapes. With this, I
have quite a number of genre of photography in my portfolio. This shows I can just never get
enough of my passion of capturing the beauty of life through my lenses, depicted in my
photos varying from beautiful sceneries, majestic sunrise and sunsets, colorful festivals, to
vivid emotions and mouthwatering food and drinks. To further polish my skills, I am in collaboration with other photographers. Hence, I created
Bouchard Prado Productions / Team BPP. We are a team of versatile Photographers and
Videographers. We adhere to Davao Photographers and videographers Quality Standards
and Business Ethics. We Promote Abundance
Mentality and Humility. We are all a work in progress and always willing to learn with others
