This year's Mr. Photogenic for Mr. and Ms. Buga High is Kian Capilitan.

Kian's strength is in his eyes. There's a depth there that the camera loves, a presence that makes each frame feel intentional. He understands stillness, which is harder than it looks. No forced expressions, just solid, confident delivery. The kind of subject that makes the work feel less like work.
