God is sovereign. We may not always understand His ways, and we will surely walk through dark and uncertain seasons, but He is always in control. Sometimes it feels as though we are being pressed down to the ground, when in truth, we are simply being planted for greater growth. We may not see the purpose right away, but I pray we always return to God’s truth and promises, and choose to be joyful and grateful even in these moments. For trials are never meant to break us; they are meant to strengthen us and produce a faith that truly perseveres. Trust that when our roots grow deep and strong, we will experience the breakthrough and see the wonderful plans He has prepared for us.
God’s love is constant. It does not depend on our feelings, our moods, or our performance. He loved us even before we knew Him. He loved us so deeply that He gave His life for us while we were still sinners. No matter what we have done, or how unworthy we may feel, His love will never change.
I pray that because of this free and perfect love given to us, we will always desire to love better and become better each day. Let us keep walking and living fully in Him. 😊
