This unique online beauty search is headed by our beloved Mayor Hon. Gerard Villamor with the collaborative efforts of Hon. Chang Euldan as president and production head and to all its working committees and staff. It is sponsored by well-known and respected people in Cebu City who had great contributions to the entire entertainment industry. Carmen as one of the rich town in the north has lots of remarkable resources, pearls and jewels to be proud of. Also, this town has its own beauty that brought glamour to everyone and enticed people in a unique and fabulous way and that is Carmen’s Most Beautiful Face.
